David Fine has accumulated 20+ years of experience in the digital media and marketing technology industry. His early formal training comes from working as an agency art director in Atlanta and moving to NYC.
David felt it was imperative to his success, that he needed to transform and evolve his knowledge base and skill set, as the industry industry transformed. He's had the opportunity to work with brands in publishing such Adweek, Field & Stream and Outdoor Life, in addition to helping launch several magazines/websites for Cap Cities ABC Publishing, but most notably, as the Head of National Sales and Business Development for Business 2.0, owned at the time by Future Publishing. An award winning International New Economy magazine, which was sold to AOL/Time Inc in early 2002.
One of his career highlights “having the opportunity to work with amazingly talented and passionate business leaders such as Jim Daly, Founding Editor in Chief of Business 2.0 and CEO of Future Publishing Chris Anderson (Owner & Chief Curator of TED).
David has held positions with a prominent cable company running a large salesforce for Comcast Spotlight, the advertising arm for cable television. Since then he has been intrenched in the digital media landscape, consulting for media agencies as a New Business Development Lead.
David is presently involved as launch team member as the Chief Revenue Officer, a SAS platform delivering Tailored Communications, tuzag, Inc. located in Syracuse and Seattle, WA. In addition he is working with clients in a Business Development capacity for one of the hottest Social Media Advertising firms in the northeast, BY&LG located in RedBank NJ. David has been running DGMS a marketing technology consulting firm for the past fifteen years, working with brands such as NY Life Investment Management, Twentieth Television (Modern Family & Family Guy), IBM and Comcast Cable, just to mention a few.
David lives in central New Jersey with his wife Michele and their golden retriever Niko. His sons Adam and Ben live in Boston and Chicago. His passions are family, love of soccer and volunteering for Habitat for Humanity and Special Olympics.
